The Board of Trustees meets every 2nd Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of the month at a convenient location, see the Calendar on the main page for the date. Usually we meet at one of the Board members homes or office. All are welcome to attend. If you are planning to attend a Board meeting please let the Board know so we can make sure we have enough room and that you have a spot on the agenda.

The Board of Trustees is made up of eight (8) members elected by the members of the region. The Board is comprised of the Regional Executive, the Assistant Regional Executive, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and four (4) Trustees-at-Large.
