A driver shall be classified as a starter or have qualified in each of the three races to be considered eligible for the championship. Failure to be a starter or to qualify for each race will render a competitor ineligible for the Championship. All employees, owners, agents of Victoria Motorsports are ineligible for points towards the Championship. NNJR will tally all points and it is not necessary for a competitor to register or forward results sheets. All drivers will be considered for the Championship by virtue of entering the first race at Pocono on 5/15/2004. The Champion will be the Driver who satisfies the aforementioned criteria and accumulates the most points and attends the NNJR Annual Dinner and Awards Banquet to claim the trophy and $250.00. In the event the Driver with the highest accumulated points meeting the aforementioned eligibility criteria does not attend the Banquet then the championship trophy and prize money will be awarded to the Driver in attendance with the most accumulated points meeting the eligibility criteria.
