Q1: I am having problems viewing the entry form which is a PDF (.pdf) file. I click on the entry form and all I get is a blank page. Want is going on?

A1: This has been seen by several users. The problem lies with the way Adobe's Acrobat Reader is installed. There are several installation methods allowed by Adobe. If the wrong one is applied on your computer, this happens. Installation methods vary based on your computer configuration and its loaded software. This is an issue between Adobe and Microsoft. There nothing we can do about this except to give some work arounds. Hopefully they will correct this problem. The first work around is to un-install it and re-install it with another method (install option). Note this may take a try or two. The second work around is to download the file locally to your hard drive. To save locally, right click the PDF link and select 'save as' or 'save target as' or 'save link as'. Once the PDF file is locally on your hard drive, open it using Windows Explorer by clicking on it.
