This specialty is always on the lookout for EMT'S, nurses, firefighters, and people trained in extrication and trauma medicine. They are the first to assist an injured driver and they bring stalled and damaged vehicles back to the paddock. They supply first aid for injured drivers and careless crew members. The scope of first aid treatment runs from bee stings, heat exhaustion and cut fingers all the way to massive trauma.
